Over at the Illinois Medical District, we were brought in to handle the structural steel erection for UI Health’s new Outpatient Surgery Center & Specialty Clinics building—a six‑story, roughly 200,000‑sq‑ft facility that anchors outpatient surgical care, multi‑specialty clinics, imaging, transplant, pharmacy services, and more.
Our team executed full structural steel framing for the tower portion of the building and installed the two‑level pedestrian bridge connecting the second and third floors of the new building to the existing hospital across Taylor Street—crucial for patient and clinician flow as a sheltered, elevated link. Our steel erection activities were executed with precision to meet tight tolerances and design intent, ensuring safe, seamless integration with the existing hospital.
If you have work that demands experience, precision, and grit—we’re ready to take it on.
