BNSF Railway Company overpass expansion within BNSF’s restricted Cicero Rail Yard. Construction of a new bridge spanning 160’ over BNSF’s main rail lines.
With the use of two (2) 550-ton cranes, Metropolitan Steel erected six (6) 160’ long, 200,000lb precast prestressed concrete beams over active BNSF rail-lines without disruption to BNSF’s rail services or the active BNSF rail-yard.
